Miniature Plate of Pasta Carbonara

I made these tiny, tiny, tiny little fusilli pasta twists for about...30 minutes to do this plate and the sauce has just about covered them up so there's not much definition, but I like the overall outcome of this piece. I love carbonara, one of my favourite pasta dishes.
I used real pepper flecks for the authentic touch and, well...I couldn't help myself, as you can see!
